My phone (S10) somehow has deleted the 'Google Now Launcher' and as a result I am now having multiple issues with my S10. So, has anyone else experienced any if the following and if so, how do i fix it?? Problems now are: 1. All of my apps have sorted themselves into random order. 2. My set apps (8 in total) at the bottom of my home screen are random too. This means it now takes me a while just to find an app I'm looking for. 3. I have tried sorting my apps into some semblance of order (preferably alphabetically) however I now do not have any 'sort' button to do this. Hence why all the apps are randomly placed. (Screenshot photo attached) 4. I now cannot 'uninstall', 'remove from home' or 'select' any app on my mobile at all. 5. Even though I no longer have 'Google Now Launcher', I do have the option to use 'One UI Home' launcher in my S10 but I still cannot do any of the above functions. 6. My pin number now stuffs up and the majority of the time doesn't work.
If someone could please help me, I would really appreciate it. Thanks
