I recently. upgraded my laptop to Windows 11 developer beta , and the first thing I faced with beta build  was that it is using my CPU even when my laptop is on sleep mode and you can hear the fan noise too .

Got any Solution for this issue ?

I have no idea why this worked, but it did, and for that I thank you.

Personally, I prefer written lists of steps instead of videos, so here is the video summary:
1. Type "edit power plan" in the start menu
2. Click on "Change advanced power settings"
3. Open "Processor power management"
4. Open "Maximum processor state"
5. Change the numbers from 100 to 99.
