I recently updated my laptop to windows 11. After the update when my system rebooted my keyboard suddenly stopped working. The only power button is working, hence I am unable to unlock my laptop.

Please help me

I am not using an English version of Windows 11, so the wording might be slightly off as I am just translating what I am seeing.

1) Go to Device Manager

- Start --> Settings --> System (left side) --> Info (scroll down on the right side) --> Device Manager

2) Under Keyboard there should be Elan Keyboard Filter with a yellow warning sign, double click

3) Select the driver tab

4) Update driver

5) Select "Search on my computer for drivers" (bottom one)

6) Select "A list of drivers available on my computer"

7) There should be PS/2 Standard Keyboard, select it, click next

8) Installation should start

Your keyboard should be working now
