I have never been able to use the Report a bug" function to report a bug. The reporting form simply refuses to "Report a new issue" with the message "unauthorized". 

Why not?

Could you restart launcher then retry it? If still has the issue, please let me know.
I have the same poblem, i would like to explain a wallpaper problem but i can't, my feedback is not sent from the feedback tool in the launcher

Sorry, let me correct my response. No, this feedback function has never worked for me. I always got and still get "unauthorized" as a response.
what's your device type and Android version?

Not only the dialog is better but in addition it works.
I have sent a test feedback that can be deleted.
