So I've posted this question in the nvidia forum too but haven't solved the issue, and at this point I'm assuming it has something to do with win 11.
The DLSS option has disappeared for me in black ops cold war but only while I have 2 gpus installed.
My PC has a 3070 as the main gpu and also a 3060ti that is normally mining.
DLSS used to work fine but since I installed Windows 11 it hasn't in this game.
It works fine in other games like warzone/modern warfare for e.g; dlss option shows normally.
In cold war the ray tracing options are still there too just not dlss. Also the nvidia reflex options are greyed out too.
The only way I've found to fix it is to remove the 3060 ti and then it works normally.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, uninstalled the nvidia driver in safe mode using ddu then reinstalled neither of which helped.
I've even tried a suggested fix to use geforce experience to optimise the game which then says dlss is on but framerates are the same and the option is still not in settings.
Hopefully someone has some ideas as I'm stumped at this point. Tia
PC Specs are as follows: Edition: Windows 11 Pro Version: 21H2 OS build: 22000.194 Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22000.194.0 Ryzen 5 3600, 16gb ram, RTX 3070, RTX 3060ti, x570 strix-e
Jic anyone comes across this problem later on I managed to fix it. My issue was seemingly caused by the nvidia dch drivers that geforce experience had installed. After downloading the standard one direct from nvidias website and installing it, the reflex options have now ungreyed and dlss is again showing in the menu as it should..
