Visual Studio 2019 built & published a ClickOnce installer. The app successfully installed and ran on on an Intel platform running Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview Build 22526 rs_prerelease.211215-1332. After running the installation and test, uninstalling via appwiz.cpl successfully uninstalled the app.
