Running 5.3.0.50360. Just got an update last night, and the Launcher calender icon is still unavailable. I'm using the Samsung one. Why isn't the Launcher one showing up as an option?

BTW, if I go into the Launcher icons, I can choose the calender icon there but it's blank and doesn't show today's date dynamically. Predictably, the Samsung one isn't dynamic in MS Launcher either, so my preferred home screen no longer informs me as to today's date. Please fix this soon!
Turns out I can remove it from my home screen entirely, and then drag it back again from the app drawer. But I'm still having the issue of the date being much less bold than it was before the latest big update. I can't figure out how to upload a pic here, but here's a link (expires in a month) to the pic in my OneDrive: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AjzyKylL-_L94fVCfKZ4bBzhYGFa3g

This is a very annoying bug that exists whenever i can remember. This also happens to me - i have a custom icon pack applied and after an update, a restart, a cache clean, etc, the calendar icon returns to the system one. To fix this you have to press and hold the icon (preferably from the app drawer) and press the pencil icon to edit it. You can change the name, etc, but you will realize that it shows you the correct icon. So just edit and apply / save and it will be fixed.

Hope this helps, but this should be fixed by now... It seems no one at Microsoft uses the Microsoft Launcher?

I actually do want the dynamic MS Launcher one, but it's not as legible as it used to be. At least not on my S8.
I would like a "Calendar Icon" to go directly to the Outlook Calendar portion of Outlook
