Occasional Visitor

I have a MSI Prestige 15 A11SCX.

The machine is new and I was able to upgrade to windows 11.

After installing some number of updates the browser appears to cause an issue where black bars show up on the screen completely covering it. Please see attached pictures.  It only seems to happen when I move the mouse cursor over the upper portion of the browser window where all the menus and bookmarks are. When I move the cursor away from the browser window it then returns the screen to normal again.

This seems to have been caused by some update since I haven't had the issue after resetting the pc to windows 11 without updates installed.

The only other action I took was to attempt to change the default browser.

I was going to simply revert back to windows 10 but the option to do that seems to be missing now. I'm not sure why. Also resetting the pc and cleaning the drive still keeps the OS in Windows 11 even though when I received the machine it originally had Windows 10 on it.

If you could resolve the browser issue or give me the option to revert to Windows 10 that would be great.
