Out of all the issues I have with Win11 this is the most frustrating.

I have a second monitor plugged into a HDMI port on my PC. This second monitor doesn't have speakers. Windows 11 randomly switches audio devices to the HDMI port between restarts, shutdowns, sleeps, and sometimes just whenever it decides. I have tried multiple times to disable the HDMI audio device and have even tried to outright uninstall it, but it always comes back. What is the point of being able to disable things if they can come back whenever it wants?

I would appreciate any suggestions. This issue is actually starting to make me mad.

Note: I did not have this issue on Windows 10.
