This week my Android 8.1 mobile device with Microsoft Launcher 22.214.171.124892 offered me synchronization with my work o365 apps. In fact I expected this sync attempt to fail, because AFAIK my organization does not allow to connect to our work o365 profile from external network. But I was just curious and submitted my work o365 email addess. Then I succesfully (what a surprise) passed through password check, but in the next step the phone asked me to allow that my organization will take control of my phone in order to allow this kind of access to my company's resources. In short it says:
Help us keep your device secure
Your sign-in was succesful but your admin requires your device to be managed by my-company to access this resource.
I do not want to allow this, so I would like to cancel the request and return back. Unfortunately, there is no "back" or "cancel" button. (There is just "Sign out and sign in with different account", which does not cancel the activity, it just asks for another account, but does not remove the old account until new account is succesfully submitted.)
I can switch to another app, but the request screen will soon appear again. It shows up usually every time I unlock my phone and then after few minutes it repeats again and again.
It is very annoying. Seems that I have registered my work account for synchronization, but I am not able to unregister it (or at least I don't know how can I do it). I was searching in launcher settings for some account management setting, but did not find anything. In system settings there of course is an account list, but I can't see there any entry matching my work email address.
Can anyone help me, how to get rid of this unwanted synchronization?
