In the xbox apps recent update my friend is able to uninstall games and control my console? I am also able to do the same for some of my friends. This is ridiculous, Microsoft. Fix your app.

to answer your question, there is nothing strange. you and your friend must have added each others' Microsoft accounts to a family group or signed into each others' app.
