Unable to Access Outlook web Portal & encountering issue with Temporary Exchange Mailbox in Outlook

When I try and log into the Outlook web portal I'm greeted by this.

I've been encountering the issue described in this post

Any idea whats going on? This is actually my first day using M365. Is this an outage?
