Thread Stuck in Device Driver While opening Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Pro

I am currently using Windows 10 on my HP zbook 15u G6 Mobile workstation. Whenever I try running Adobe Premiere Pro & Photoshop my laptop shows blue screen error and restarts stating THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER. I've tried reinstalling BIOS on my laptop and still the issue persists. My laptop has AMD Radeon WX3200 graphics along with Intel i7 . I don't understand what's the problem and why is my laptop crashing each and every time I run these two applications.

I have the same laptop with identical problem. I do not know who I could turn to in order to solve this problem. I tried everything. Can someone help us please?

Having the same issue for few weeks now on my HP Zbook 14u G5 with an AMD Radeon Pro WX 3100. Reinstalling Windows or the drivers  don't solve the problem. Only workaround found is to plug the laptop to the power. I haven't experience this issue with Adobe Lightroom however.
