Refund case

I’d gotten a new laptop and it said that office 365 was already on it while I was setting it up, but here I am a month later with charges made to my account that I never signed up for nor agreed to. Also when I tried to cancel the subscription it says I’m not allowed to since it was an annual pay taken from my account. I’m very frustrated & upset, Does anyone know a number to call or email for me to get in contact with someone about a refund?
