Problem with viewing PowerPoint files inserted into OneNote

New Contributor

My school staff have invested a lot of time in adding audio and video to PowerPoint lesson content which we are distributing to students using OneNote.

I am getting ever increasing reports of presentations which have been inserted from a One Drive location and can be viewed by the teacher showing as empty grey boxes with a sad face when pupils or other staff try to view the presentation.

Initially I recommended clearing the browser and reloading the O365 OneNote page and this has resolved the issue for some, but not all.

Have we made poor choices in our distribution method or can anyone help with a solution?
