After the latest windows update my computer Asus ROG G751JY is failing to log into the system. It keep getting stuck on the login screen. Furthermore, it doesn’t accept the password in the safe mode. It starts accepting the password after changing it on the Microsoft website and then trying to log in on the log in screen again. Anyway after this tremendously long process of getting the safe mode to recognize my password, I restored the system to the state from 2 days. It managed to log in after 10 minutes of waiting. I made a backup copy of the system. Then I tried hibernating it and windows still managed to sneak an update into this process so it is back to not working properly again. My next step is to reinstall the system. I just wanted to let other users know to be cautious with the new win updates ;) it is not the first time issues like that happen to my or my friends.
