Instead, when I say "Hey! Cortana, what's the forecast," she responds with what a forecast is according to Wikipedia.
I have set her up twice and she should know what her location is, but same result.
This is only happening with the Invoke - not with Cortana on my Surface.
Any ideas or is this part of her slow death?
