Compare GCC and Commercial

How can we easily determine if specific security and compliance features that are available in the commercial clouds are also available in the gov clouds?

I am currently using trial and error, but this is not very efficient. 

Is there a detailed comparison matrix somewhere?

This is specific to Dynamics/Power-Platform features and has very little to do with Security and Compliance feature availability.

I've also had a hard time finding Microsoft published documentation specific to GCC tenants. U.S. Public Sector product managers need to realize their admin community doesn't have an online/social presence for peer to peer support.

GCC/GCC HIGH/DoD customers pay a significant premium for product licensing with limited features. Microsoft should provide documentation and learning resources specific to these customers.
