Users were able to access this project recently, and suddenly now they are met with the following message...

"You don't have access to this project.

If you contact support, you can give the following information to the support agent. Correlation ID: 691e4c39-68f2-40e6-bc7d-6412a08f6478"

Hello @CMedley67 ,

From the support forum here, we are not able to check that correlation ID. Is this impacting every user and it is only this one project, all other projects load fine? Does the Microsoft 365 group for this project still exist? If it is due to the group being deleted, this might help: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/project-for-the-web/access-a-project-after-group-is-deleted
