Which Project Plan should I use?

Hi Everyone, I am using Trial version now.

Which plan shall we use in-order to have similar outcome as the screenshot attached. (plan1/3/5?)

It really depends on your requirements.

Project for the web is the latest Project app from Microsoft. This is web based only
Project Online is the web based Project app that has been in market for many years. This support web based access and access to project manage projects using Project Desktop
Project Desktop is the desktop app that has been around for a very long time, ideal for managing very detailed project schedules.

I'd requirement mapping out your requirements for a Project Management tool then review each product against your set of requirements.
