Vacation plan includede in the teams version of project (cloud solution)

Copper Contributor

We use Team, and the online version of Project. When assigning tasks to staff, we want to ensure that teams take into account when teams members have vacation, an therefore postpone deadlines. Is this possible

All teams members have blocked their vacation in the calender as "not avaliable/not in office"

You are describing what was formerly called Project for the Web, and which is current known as Planner Premium. To plan for the vacations of your team members, you will need to edit their individual calendars, as follows:

Hope this helps.

@Dale_HowardMVP  thank you, however, i Get stuck since when I try to edit i get the information (in a grey bar in top)  "you do not have access to edit this item" And it is actually my own user I am trying to edit.

Another question, all our calendars are updated in Outlook, and that is reflected in the teams calendar function, so how come that ist is not automatic transfered to the project calendar.

@HenrikSoe -- Your M365 app admin needs to give you the permissions needed to edit resources in Project for the Web.  Refer to the Update Permissions section in the following article:

Hope this helps.
