The clear formatting button does not work in MS Project.

Brass Contributor

I have several conditional formats, including filling in light gray the summary tasks for better visualization, text in green in the input spreadsheet for critical tasks and also tasks in blue, which we consider as milestones.

However, I recorded a macro doing all this and I wanted to test it... but for this I need to clear all the formatting and then apply the macro, but I see that even pressing "clear formatting" nothing happens, it doesn't clear.

If you used the Text Styles dialog to automatically format summary tasks and milestones, for example, then using the Clear Formatting option will not clear the styles for those types of tasks. you will need to go back to the Text Styles dialog and reset the styles to their defaults for summary tasks and milestones. The Clear Formatting feature only works for formatting that you have manually applied to individual tasks. Hope this helps.
Oops,

Yes, you were able to explain, I just adjusted everything. Thanks.
