I have the following challenge:
I have a fixed date an equipment is delivered. Up to this date, preparation shall be planned "as late as possible". delivery duration is 1 day. after delivery, all tasks should be "as soon as possible".
As I have multiple equipments with different delivery dates, I want to have a Block of milestones called "delivery dates" where I can easily change the delivery dates if needed.
At the moment, I have a constraint from the delivery date in this block to the first task of the "as soon as possible" - part (after delivery). This constraint is end-to-start at the moment.
Does not work correctly :(
My question is:
- How do I link in my delivery date so that my calculation will be done as needed?
