Subprojects in Project Online - Possible Without Server?

I have Project Plan 3, so I don't have the ability to publish a desktop Project to a Project Server, so I create Projects directly in Project Online. Is there a way to set up master and subprojects directly in Project Online? I can't find an explainer on this anywhere...any tutorials or tips welcome!

@TayNorton -- With Project Plan 3, you are allowed to download and use Microsoft Project Professional with your organization's Project Online instance.  So, download and install Microsoft Project, and then create a Project Online login account in Microsoft Project to connect the software to your Project Online instance.  You will need to use Microsoft Project to create master projects, as you cannot create master projects using the Project Web App instance in the Project Center page.  Hope this helps.
