We have Project Server 2019.

Should the capacity of a enterprise resource change daily in reporting database?

If we have -5 month and +36 month project server additional settings, the first record in [WSS_PWA].[pjrep].[MSP_EpmResourceByDay] be resource creation date minus 5 month and the last record be current date plus 36 month.
