Scheduled Duration is incorrect: reasons unknown

I have added the screenshot from my project. ofcourse it is an exception that i am defining the tasks in seconds (for example, 0.01 for a task)

1. i am not able to enter anything below 0.01 Hrs. is it the lower limit what can be entered into project ?

2. the 0.01 task duration is shown as 0.02 hrs scheduled duration. this happens only with this particular robot resource based tasks. can some one clarify, where is the error

The smallest time value in Project is a minute. And if you enter duration values in minutes the value will be rounded by normal rounding convention (i.e. an entered value of 1.4 min will still show as 1.4 but will be internally rounded to 1 min and an entered value of 1.5 min will show as 1.5 but will be internally rounded to 2 min).

So there is no error, you are just reaching the lower limit of time values in Project.

Thanks for the response. But, if you the screenshot i added in the original post, i am able to enter values below 1.4 minutes. so for example i have entered 0.02 and also 0.01. In one case the scheduled duration shows the 0.01 hrs as in task duration and in the second case the scheduled duration is shown as 0.02 instead of the 0.01 task duration. 

something is different between the two tasks that i added as screenshot. i checked everything that i could and didnt find any difference
