Hi everyone,
I created a Project with different deliveries in different days. For example, on 17th April I have to deliver 2 boxes (nominal delivery).
Due to delays in the project the delivery of the two boxes will be on 23rd April and 27th April.
Is there a report which shows the cumulative deliveries Vs the real deliveries?
I mean on x-coordinate the time (days, weeks...) and on x-coordinate the cumulative sum of deliveries.
Thank you for your help

Can you get a report like that? Yes, but not with any of Project's report formats (unless I've missed a trick). For a graph like you describe, I would export Project data to Excel and then create the graph there.

I also tought to export the data of the MS Project file to an Excel, but this is not a good solution for two reasons:
- I'm creating this MS Project file for the projects of the company where I work. The reports are useful not for me but for other colleagues which will have access to this MS Project, it will be shared
- The final purpose is to use MS Project online, in order to link it also woth MS Planner and send the tasks to the people which are working on the project and consequently the updates for the reports, everything in the cloud and shared
Anyway thank you for the suggestion 🙂

Hi John,
I had a look at the post of your colleague.
We definitely need MS Project Online. This will allor the PM and the Project Planner to manage the project, assigning the tasks to the resources (they will be informed through MS Planner) and get the needed reports (maybe with the help of a macro)
