Hey all,
I've created a "Generic" resource with a special working hours scheme, created a sample task, and gave it a duration, and tested picking up starting date to check if it works well.
The result was good and matching my expectations.
When I tried to assign someone from my resource pool to the task, i found that the selected resource working hour/ days pattern is overriding the assigned working hours/ days as per the Work Template Calendar.
I'm testing the P4W for a large team, and I'm not expecting to have to go over each individual resource to update his/ her own work Template.
Any Idea how i can fix such behavior ?
