Project Roadmap / User cannot create roadmap

Dear all,

 

even though roadmap feature is globally activated and user is licensed with Project Plan 1 licensed and has Project for Office (Plan E5) activated she gets the information, that no license for creation of a roadmap is assigned:

For other users roadmap creation works...

 

Any ideas what could be the reason?

To use the Roadmap, a user must have either a Project Plan 3 or Project Plan 5 license. Hope this helps.
Dear Dale, your hint helped us solve it. User had assigned a Project Plan 3 license, only the component "Project Online Desktop Client" of that license was deactivated for the user.

We have one user, he is trying to create roadmap using his own created projects. When he tries  to connect to his created projects he gets error "Invalid connection". When he try to force sign in for the connection, he get "create and authorize OAuth connection failed" 

He is on Project Plan 3 with E5 ....still getting error. please help..
