I'm not entirely sure what a use case for the Team Lead role is.
The microsoft site says:
Team LeadsUsers have limited permissions around task creation and status reports. This group is intended for people in a lead capacity who do not have regular assignments on a project. This group is associated with the My Projects category.
Could you provide excamples of use cases, how this role comes into play?
