Project Online: Create new project - required minimum plan

I have a seemingly answer-easy question I just don't find an answer to on all Project Online help ressources:

Which minimum project plan does one need to create new PWA (online) project - P3 or P5?

Hi Jens, The P3 licence level offers the desktop client, so P3 allows users creating projects in Project Online. They won't have access to advanced features such as Portfolio Management, Resource demand...
