Project for the Web there are limitation of custom fields to 10, if there any way we can have more columns e.g. 50 custom columns and it get's visible for tasks

No, 10 custom fields is a hard limit in Project for the Web. If you truly need 50 custom fields in a project, I would recommend you consider using the Microsoft Project desktop application instead of Project for the Web. Sorry, but hope this helps.

@Dale_HowardMVPProject for the Web is based on Power Apps platform, is there any way to extend this project and get multiple custom fields and show on the application. 

While technically you can add the columns to the task table in Power Platform those columns are not displayed and cannot be used from within P4W schedule !
