No one has replied to your post, so this probably means that none of us have to Project for the Web environments with which to test this situation. However, I would speculate that it is not possible to copy a project from one environment to another, as I simply cannot imagine how this could be done. But if someone has a definitive answer contrary to mine, please share it, as I would be glad to be wrong about this! Hope this helps.
