I have an end user who has reported to me that a project file (saved on our shared company server) often becomes corrupt. He opens it on his client PC from the server, makes changes, and then the next time he attempts to open this document it will not open due to corruption. He is using a Surface 6 tablet/laptop at a docking station on a wired LAN connection.
The end user has noticed this happens most often when he undocks his Surface, possibly because of the temporary loss in connection as it tries to reconnect using wifi.
Is there a solution for this issue other than asking him to close Project before undocking?
