I use Projects to schedule in our work for the coming weeks/months mainly using the team planner option to visualize what each resource is working on. 

The issue I'm having is that if I add a resource to a current task, sometimes the duration doesn't reduce equally for each resource. All resources are set to the same calendar/days off etc. 


Any ideas with what I could be doing wromg? Example below

Project will NOT balance the workload when you add another resource to an existing task. A similar post recently appeared on the Project Answers forum. You might want to take a look:
