Ms Project Center-How to auto link column fields

Hello guys! 

 

I am using MS Project Center and I need to link two column field. 

One field is already given by the app and the other is a custom field.

The idea is that I want whenever I choose an option from the first column, to automatically select the correct option from the drop-down list that I have in the custom field.

 

Any ideas on this?

There is no way to set up Project Online to select a value in a lookup table based on a value in another field. Instead of using a field with a lookup table, you would need to use a Text field with a formula. Then the formula would enter the value in the custom field, based on the value in the standard field. Hope this helps.
