More than one Project

Copper Contributor

Hello everyone. I'm new at Project, but I'm learning. I have a very important doubt that will define what I do in the future.

I'm currently working in a Company that delivers energy to my local town. This company has many sub projects, like maintainance, new tasks, new clients, etc. All of this requires people to work, and we currently are having problems programming this tasks, so I thought about project.

My principal doubt is: Do I need to make a file for every job we do (that aren't related in-between) or can I work with a single file and puta everything in it. If I work with different files, how do I manage de resources?

Thanks all.

If you want to work with a common set of resources across all of the jobs, you will need to put all of the jobs into a single project. Hope this helps.
