How to eliminate any resource constraints by changing the number of work resources to
a number of your choice in MS project?

Say what? What exactly are you calling "resource constraints"? And what do you mean by, "changing the number of work resources to a number of your choice"?

I'm afraid you'll have to give us a better description of what you are trying to do, perhaps with an example, then we'll be in a better position to help you.

If you mean to avoid overallocated resources of Type Work, you can enter in the Max. Units column of the Resource Sheet view, a very high number of resources available in your project, for example 99999.
