Microsoft Project Online (PWA) some work resources missing Capacity

HI,

in our PWA implementation we have some resources that appear with blank Capacity although they have max. units set to 100% and have project assignments. As this only happens to some resources it seems to be a bug ?) as I can't find anything different between the "null" Capacity resources and others.

Has this happened to anyone and if so how did you solve?!

Hello @Rosalia Dias ,

Are the resources showing as null capacity part of a Team Assignment Pool? If so, this is expected as their capacity contributes to the overall Team capacity.

@Paul Mather yes they are! in that case I must remove from Team Assignment pool - I will do that. Thanks!
