Microsoft project assigned person should not be able to edit start date and finish date

Hi Team,

I subscribed with Microsoft project plan1 , i am creating one project and assigned to one of my team member. That person do want to change the start date and finish date fields but they have to do only change the status and completion of the projects. How to restrict the assigned persons , should not edit the all feilds in that projects

In Project for the Web it is not possible to restrict what assigned users can do, other than the restrictions based on their assigned license (E3,Plan 1, Plan 3 or Plan5).  This is a major issue and will really hurt the adoption of Project for the Web.
