Make default fields as mandatory Enterprise Project in Project Server 2016

Hi all,

Is it possible to make default project fields, like "Description", "Owner" as mandatory when we create a new Enterprise Project type in PWA.

I am updating the "Enterprise Project" type template but there isin't any option to make these default fields as mandatory.
