Learning project accelerator

Is there training anywhere that goes over the project accelerator? I am interested in learning how to customize it to meet the needs of my business. For example, how do I edit the different fields for the intake form. Another thing I would like to learn is how to customize which fields are used in Risks and issues.

The accelerator is a Power Platform Power App solution, if you learn about how to build and update Power App model driven app solutions, that will tell teach you everything you need to know - there's a lot to it! @fitcja In addition to the understanding how to develop on the Power Platform it's just as important you understand the Project for the Web backend schema (tables and fields).  There is no schema documentation available at this time, but if you download the Power BI template off GitHub you can get yourself up to speed.
