Exporting a 'vertical cashflow'

I have fixed costs spread out over different different months. 
I can export a list of the total fixed linked to resource and task, but is there a way of exporting a list of each of the individual payments (linked to task name and different categories)

my first thought is to create a custom report with those categories, then export that or create a pdf from the report

I tried creating a custom Visual Report for Microsoft Excel using Task Usage information. I was able to meet all of your requirements except for resources, which are not included in the Task Usage data. Therefore, I would surmise that you would probably need to use a combination of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel VBA to crank out the exact data you want to see. Just a thought. Hope this helps.
