Equalizing task duration and project duration

Hi,

I need to create a task (e.g. "Project Management task") that should automatically equal the entire project duration, whatever task modification may impact on the total duration of my project.

Currently, every time I change a task that shifts the project finish to a later date, I have to manually extend as well my "Project Management task" to match the entire project duration. Is there a way to automatize this behavior?
