Copy paste cost rate table across resources

Hi,

I am trying to copy paste the cost rate table customized for each year across resources. The default cost rate as 1 dimension can be pasted un the grid view but the cost rate varying over time needs to be entered manually for each resource. Any idea?

As you found out it is not possible to use copy/paste to transfer cost rate table information across all resources. It can be done manually or, it can also be done with VBA. If you have only a few resources and only a couple of years data, setting it up manually isn't too difficult. However, if you have several resources with a multi-year cost rate plan, then VBA is the best approach.
