Accessing Tasks in ToDo

Based on my research, it seems like it is not possible to access assigned tasks from MS Project for the web in ToDo or Planner.  I will save the rant for another time, but it seems like the free Planner app has better integrated functionality with actually getting work done in Teams and ToDo.  If this is true, why would I pay 30 bucks a month for this?   Can I make this integration happen through Power Automate?  Why I should have to use my own precious development time to build a feature that should be a no-brainer is completely lost on me.   Please listen Microsoft.  It is truly shocking.

It's volunteers on this forum, not Microsoft employee's so I'm not sure Microsoft will see your post. Best bet is to keep an eye on the roadmap site for Project https://www.microsoft.com/en-ww/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=Microsoft%20Project and also post / vote on suggestions here: https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/forum/40792262-301c-ec11-b6e7-0022481f8472
