Status 'Conflict' upon provisioning Bonsai

Occasional Visitor

We've recently been unable to provision Bonsai workspaces because of the following error during deployment:

{
    "status": "Failed",
    "error": {
        "code": "ResourceDeploymentFailure",
        "message": "The resource operation completed with terminal provisioning state 'Failed'."
    }
}

In the 'Deployment details' section, 'Conflict' is shown in the status column.

This error showed up after moving the subscription to a new directory. Furthermore, when we moved back to the old directory and tried to create a new Bonsai workspace, we were still facing the above error.  Before moving the subscription, we were able to create a Bonsai workspace in the said old directory.

I would just like to know the possible causes for this issue. Thank you.

I have the identical problem @johnaaron658. I see there is no answer here. Just wondering if you were able to solve this and can maybe help.

@egina16 This issue is related to a configuration setting for how subscriptions and tenants are related, and when a directory or subscription changes. Our team can help with this move in many cases if you would like to reach out to bonsaiQ@microsoft.com with your workspace and subscription details, or DM me directly if you prefer.
