Sending MOAB sensor signals back to IoT Hub

Is it possible to read and send the sensor signals from the MOAB to send out to IoT Hub?

I've done small projects before where I was sending sensor signals from IoT devices processed in my Raspberry Pi and sent to IoT Hub.
