Not sure how this would be automated, but if you have Adobe Acrobat you can do this Open a file in Acrobat DC. Click on the “Export PDF” tool in the right pane. Choose “spreadsheet” as your export format, and then select “Microsoft Excel Workbook.” Click “Export.” If your PDF contains scanned text, Acrobat will run text recognition automatically. Save as new file: Name your file and click the “Save” button. That’s it.
