Precisely. @NHelgren The data default to the Environment where they are set up. Is there a caveat for multi Geo tenants? Do they set up a second entity?

 @myanalytics2019 When your organization is set up, it is in a specific geo location. Authenticated users can access the data so long as they have the necessary permissions regardless of where they are located. There is no way for an organization to span multiple geo locations.
